In the LEAP phase, participants focus on integrating their transformative experiences back into their daily lives, ensuring a smooth transition. They update their Retirement Plan based on insights and reflections gained from their journey, aligning it with their evolving goals and aspirations. Additionally, they develop a Continuous Improvement Blueprint to sustain their personal growth, wellness and fulfillment in retirement.
