There's so much emphasis on the event that sometimes it's easy to forget that the true journey starts when you get home.  Everyone I met, not most, all... 100% of the people I met on the Camino encountered some difficulty returning home.  Relationships failed, work wasn't the same, and some relapsed into bad habits.  I started my career in management consulting with a specialty in Change Management, and I take great pride in having been a people-first leader for the last 25 years.  I believe there's a way to help people overcome these common problems.  There's no silver bullet, no vaccination that can be administered.  There is however a process that can be managed and woven into the lifecycle of one's Great Adventure.  We've assembled a team of people who share this belief and want to help people as they get started, get ready, get there, and especially as they get home.
